Fred Pesce is the founder and CEO of Pesce MediaWorks, a veteran-owned, full-service marketing agency specializing in digital and traditional strategies. With over three decades of experience, Fred provides expertise in every aspect of marketing, including video production, social media, online marketing, and branding. His mission is to deliver personalized, results-driven solutions that help businesses grow and succeed.
After serving as a combat veteran in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm, Fred earned his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Early in his career, he worked alongside his father, William Pesce, founder and CEO of Austin Williams, one of Long Island’s leading advertising agencies. Fred gained invaluable experience working across multiple facets of the industry.
In 2004, Fred co-founded a well-known advertising and marketing agency on Long Island, where he served as Executive Vice President for 20 years, spearheading a broad range of integrated marketing and creative services. Under his leadership, the company developed comprehensive solutions, including video production, web development,
social media management, branding, and design for industries like finance, hospitality, and technology. Fred played a pivotal role in crafting brand identities, driving digital transformations, and positioning businesses for long-term success across both traditional and digital platforms.
Fred is a proud father to John (23) and recently adopted daughters Emilia (10) and Lilah (11), alongside his wife, Nicole. Family comes first for Fred, and he brings that same passion and commitment to his work. Beyond his career, Fred has served on the Board of Directors for Heart in Haiti for six years, supporting the school’s mission to provide a holistic education to underserved children. He plays a key role in organizing fundraisers and enhancing the school’s online presence, helping to raise funds and awareness to ensure the continued empowerment and education of the community’s youth.
